The seller is responsible for shipping the ordered products to you. IndiaToAll does not guarantee the delivery of any products.
8. Returns and Refunds

THE PLATFORM AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED BY INDIA TO ALL ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL INDIA TO ALL, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, 1 CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, RESULTING FROM, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED TO THE USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, EVEN IF INDIA TO ALL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IndiaToAll, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in New Delhi, India, by a sole arbitrator appointed by the parties. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.
